In order to accurately quote and design your board, we will need a few items
from you. Here is a list of what your document package should
include:
 |
Mechanical Drawing,
complete with dimensions, mounting hole locations and any
keepout areas that you need to define. We can read in PDF, DXF
and DWG files. |
 |
Schematic Diagram,
preferably in Orcad format (unless we discuss other alternatives
with you first). The schematics should include any information
that is critical to your design: i.e. Differential Pairs,
Controlled Impedence, or High Speed signals. |
 |
Complete Bill of
Materials list. |
 |
Drawings or Data
Sheets for any custom parts present in your design.
|
Here's a list of what we
will provide to you when the project is complete:
 |
Complete set of
artwork in RS-274X format. The artwork files will include
everything that is required to manufacture your board, including
a IPC-D-356 netlist for artwork verification at the
manufacturing house. |
 |
Back annotated
schematics (or a back annotation file), unless you specify
otherwise. |
 |
Assembly Drawings and
component location files for pick and place equipment. |
 |
All of the original
design files that were created. These files can be supplied via
e-mail or CD-ROM. |
 |
Mechanical
representation of your completed board in DXF or IDF format.

Our Promise to You
- Our artwork will meet your design specifications and be manufacturing
and test ready to the latest design standards. If not, we will
correct any error immediately and replace the incorrect artwork FREE
OF CHARGE. Please note: The customer assumes responsibility for the
quantities of boards that are ordered. As with any good engineering
practice, minimum quantities of boards should be ordered and tested
before releasing the design to production. Our liability is limited
to the accuracy of the artwork that is produced.
